Delete Your Data

You can delete your Reactor account — and all personal data associated with it — at any time, directly inside the app. No email, no support ticket, no waiting.

Delete your account in the app

• Open Reactor and go to the More tab.
• Tap your profile, then Account.
• Tap Delete Account and confirm.

Deletion takes effect immediately: your account is signed out everywhere and the deletion of your data begins right away.

What gets deleted

• Your account and profile (email address, display name, avatar).
• Your library: followed shows, saved episodes, imported audio, books, and progress.
• Saved vocabulary, transcripts generated for your account, and Echo practice history.
• Subscription records held by us (the App Store keeps its own billing records — see below).

Data is removed from our primary systems promptly, typically within 30 days. Encrypted backups age out on their own schedule and are never used to restore deleted accounts.

What we can’t delete for you

Apple processes all payments. Your App Store purchase history is held by Apple under their own policies — to manage or cancel a subscription, use your device’s Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.

Email support@reactorlang.com from the address linked to your account with the subject “Delete my data”, and we’ll take care of it and confirm when it’s done.
