Write to support@reactorlang.com from the e-mail you use in the app, and say what you were doing when it went wrong. You can also send feedback from inside the app: Settings → Send Feedback.

Account

Sign in with e-mail (a 6-digit code), Google or Apple. To delete your account and everything stored under it, go to Settings → Account → Delete account, or use the data deletion page.

Subscription

Reactor Pro is billed by Apple. Manage or cancel it in your Apple ID settings (Subscriptions). Refunds are requested from Apple through reportaproblem.apple.com. To restore a purchase on a new device, open the paywall and tap “Restore Purchases”.

Transcripts and translations

They are generated by speech recognition and language models and can be wrong. If a transcript is in the wrong language or clearly broken, open the player menu (•••) and tap “Transcribe again”.

Podcasts, videos and books belong to their publishers. To report a problem with a show, use “Report a problem with this show” on its page in the app, or see Copyright & takedowns.
